Regeneration of bearings
Depending on the state of bearings which are arriving to us from the owner of the regeneration process can dier. If it is necessary we are producing new binding elements, according to documentation, sealing rings and other parts of a bearing.
An exchange of the consumed layer of the white metal is a permanent procedure. The procedure starts with detailed measurements of
the bearing, necessary for the proper casting of new white metal layer. Removing consumed material and shot-blasting the bearing are a
next stage, then a tin bath is taking place. After this stage casting the new layer of the white metal is taking place with centrifugal method.
The element is being examined with ultrasonic method for casting defects and adjoining of the new white metal layer. After nishing
machining and the nal examination of white metal layer with use of penetrant product is being measured, and then it is ready for the
dispatch to the customer.
